1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2–3 business days
  • Standard International Shipping: 10–21 business days
  • Expedited International Shipping: 5–10 business days

3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. International Shipping We ship worldwide! Please note the following for international orders:

5. Candle Shipping Care Our candles are carefully packaged to arrive safely. However, extreme temperatures during transit may affect candles. We recommend bringing your package inside promptly upon delivery.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages Noiraube Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [your email] and we will do our best to assist you.
